Holding steady ( at least not gaining). Need to get back to logging food, too easy to add snacks without accountability. Thanks for asking!

Yup, snacks are where I fail. I try to save all snacks for after dinner when the cravings are the worst. Good luck! I am also trying to drink 1 gallon of water a day. You get really really full!
