Been having some stomach problems and digestion problems. I am sure this is what its causing the weight gain. It will correct itself soon I am sure. Life is good.
150.4 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 65.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I used to have similar problems. I find that eating a container of Dannon "Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control" yogurt a few evenings per week really prevents those problems for me. I usually buy the vanilla cream flavor and add a 1/4 cup of frozen mixed berries to it.

Thanks for the comment, TXSnowman. I live in Denmark, so I will have to find something similar as I am sure this brand is not available. I am sure I can find a solution. I am back on schedule though, and losing again!
