Up in weight- night snacking the culprit. Starting today afresh- first out for a chilly walk/run. Day of fasting- work this afternoon - yoga tonight and maybe a warm cup of tea, fire and reading with family.
69.3 kg Lost so far: 16.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week
