Was down to 189 mid week. Close to 1900 cal day yesterday probably stopped the loss this week. 3 oz nuts is probably too much for one day and still lose. I'll limit to 2oz.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 29.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
