Sept. Sunflower's Journal, 12 May 20

So I stepped on the scale today and I'm up exactly 2 pounds and I'm a little bummed. See I think the problem is binge/stress eating. I tend to reach for cheese cake when I'm stressing over health or finances, etc. It's good that I'm able to identify the problem, it's just finding a workable solution. If anybody has any advice for me, that would be great cuz I could sure use it. 🌻💞
140.7 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 74.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My solution is to have things in the house that I enjoy but only if I can do so in moderation. If I know I overeat those things I don’t buy them.

are you doing keto? there a lot of fat bombs made with cream cheese that are pretty good. small but satisfying
