Best day so far. Had 1000 calories by 10:00am.
Protein shakes were great and scale got here today which is why my starting weight has changed from 124 to 131.
I suspected that the other scale was off which was correct.
Orange chicken and noodles from Panda Express worked magic today bringing in my final 1200 calories from dinner with a protein shake to finish the night.
APHG exam tomorrow with 2 English projects then I’m done for summer ✅🎂🎂... until summer reading... and math tutoring... and world history studying. Really never done.
Get to see my girl tomorrow nice and early which means I’”” probably struggle with calories. Have a good night everyone.

Just to be clear my goal weight is 169 so gaining weight is Good

Orange chicken is one of my favorites. when my boys were playing school football they'd put on weight by having a malted milkshake (with added protein) every night. I'm not saying it's healthy but it sure worked 😁.
