So 5/11 Best day so far. Had 1000 calories by 10:00am. Protein shakes were great and scale got here today which is why my starting weight has changed from 124 to 131. I suspected that the other scale was off which was correct. Orange chicken and noodles from Panda Express worked magic today bringing in my final 1200 calories from dinner with a protein shake to finish the night. APHG exam tomorrow with 2 English projects then I’m done for summer ✅🎂🎂... until summer reading... and math tutoring... and world history studying. Really never done. Get to see my girl tomorrow nice and early which means I’”” probably struggle with calories. Have a good night everyone.
