Final journal entry until my scale gets here 😁😁😁
5/10 Drove to my new house today which was good and got to see my best friend and girlfriend.
To my food,
I had a horrible day food-wise. I ate only 50% of my needed calories and ate almost nearly all macros. Macros is good but I should be eating 25% more than what I have prepared.
In order to begin eating more calories over summer I’m going to keep my sleep schedule. Starting tomorrow. Goal is to take in at least 1000 calories by 9:30am.
Nothing too important tomorrow
Girl has cheer tryouts and orthodontist appointment and I get to hang out and see her tomorrow.
56.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
