I keep having this yo-yo effect. Where I do goo for a couple days then say screw it and eat whatever I want and more importantly how much I want. I have portion control issues. 😞
103.1 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week

I am right there with you friend!!! I can’t seem to stop when I’m in that mindset, just stay focused on your goal, and try distracting yourself by doing something once you’ve had a good portion and are done eating 🥰 hugs to you! You got this!!
