Gotta admit I indulged last night- two helpings of chocolate icecream- nice traat- hiking today and dreamt of swimming.

67.5 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg. Still to go: 8.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.6 kg a Week
