Well trying to get back on the wagon and do fasting but weigh still adding on .....Gotta start writing the food all down again .....Can't believe I allowed myself to regain this weigh after working so hard to actually get it off I am so affraid it will take me another 6 months to get the weigh off again especially with summer here. I bought a 2 piece bathing suit and everything. It sucks to be back hear.

Any one find it easier to take off the weigh again???
69.7 kg Lost so far: 41.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
