this month’s goal is to get stronger!!
I’m finally reaching my goal weight but realized i haven’t been eating enough protein—I don’t want to be skinny fat! I’ve also been slacking on exercise, so I’m gonna up my calories a little and get back to work 💪😤
I get impatient sometimes, but I think it’s more important for me to feel strong and cut slower, than try and cut too fast and lose my hard work.
