Not altogether surprising. But I know most of it is artificial. Several factors contribute: levelling (a common complaint of mine after a significant loss), a terrible week mentally (which led to more than one slip-up, and sleep problems), not enough water because again I didn't want to do anything at all even get up for water, a distaste I developed over the week for my meal prepped lunches (new recipe, after reflection I will not make it again), annnnnnd shark week has reared its ugly head.

Plan for the coming week: pull myself out of my mental and emotional slump (try to, anyway), stick to something I know that I like for meal prep, DRINK MORE WATER, maybe go for a walk - the weather has been beautiful, but it's been cloudy in here.

So as not to sound all gloom and doom, I tried on every pair of pants in my dresser and closet yesterday. And though I still have many pairs that do not fit (I did not try on my smallest pairs that I put up during pregnancy - I KNOW I am not there yet) - I was able to add some from my closet to my drawers and discard 3 pairs altogether. I wanted to do my shirts (there are a million), but I lost my energy and momentum. Maybe today?
