Today's a great day so far. First, I woke up and I'm grateful to God for that. Then I weighed myself and I lost 2 pounds and I'm very happy because I thought I gained weight instead of lost. I just need to get motivated to exercise more.
140.8 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 74.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
