Weight gone down a little. I watched my weekend calories better and tried to keep macros low. Next week I'm sure there will be a gain. I'm off work this weekend and Sunday is Mother's Day so extra calories lol
47.8 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
