Discovered last night that couscous is not what it is advertised as- it is made from the same grain as plain spaghetti. It sure tastes better.
Nice mindful hike with my dog Griffin in the bush but near the river’s edge (a deer trail) as my female dog was being spade. A day with pain and joy within it.

69.0 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
