I finally lost a little more weight. 300g's - not much, but not bad. It just shows me that what I do IS good and that I am doing this right. This is pretty much the weight loss I should agerage every day if I want to do this in a healthy manner and reach my goal on time. Life is good.
149.3 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 64.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
