Lindsrs's Journal, 14 May 13

So I haven't been visiting the site because I didn't want to own up to my weight gain. I have been working out three times/week, and I can definintely see and measure both muscle gain and an increase in strength. But I have been eating like crap and definitely not working out enough to compensate. To make matters more complicated, I've started to wean my baby for breastfeeding, so I'm starting to lost the caloric benefit of that, as well. The silver lining is that now I can be aggressive in my calorie reduction without being concerned about losing milk supply--if I can just practice enough self-discipline to eat right. Today starts 30 days of (attempted) clean eating and workouts. It's been almost three years since I've been not either pregnant or breastfeeding, so I have no idea what an appropriate weight lostt calorie intake should be. I'm trying to figure out what my body needs, what it doesn't, and how to work towards a healthy body without pregnancy, breastfeeding, or other issues. Since I'm moving to the Caribbean in eleven weeks, I was hoping to lost the last 15 lbs before then, or at least get back down to a size 8. Think I can do it?
69.9 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.9 kg a Week

Totally hear and understand I was 134 which was my goal and I accomplished it up until 3months ago now in 159 but, once I loose it this time it'll stay off because each time gets harder. Happy to connect.
