I am gaining more patience as the days come and go. Practicing The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz and not letting stressful situations overwhelm me and send me to the freezer or cookie jar. Be well and safe.

I go over the four agreements and apply them to the stressful situation I'm in at the time. I become able to better handle the situation without heading to the cookie jar for comfort.
