Eight pounds away from my goal weight of 207. In a couple days, it will be four full months since I started this fasting thing. I feel good and I plan on staying with it as a lifestyle. One drawback is I gave most of my thinner clothes away and now with all the stores closed, I don't have much to wear. lol
