woot! So this is my weigh in for this morning, and I'm thrilled not only because the number went down, but because I had a taco for dinner, and I'm thinking those aren't sodium-friendly, so some of that number might be water retention???? And even if it's not, its still further away from the 180 I was fearing earlier.
Now to keep the trend going.

UPDATE: Just for my own info, mainly as I don't want to weigh in twice in one day....after my morning ritual, the scale budged a little more down to 175.8 :D
