10.4 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)
very strange to see my weight go down like this the day after a weight lifting session especially when I started eating much more a few days ago.
59.2 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
