Just logged my first meal using this app. Avocado and egg toast! Im surprised by how many calories I am actually intaking. To think that avocado and egg toast is a small meal but contains over 500 calories! Im hoping to keep up with logging my meals.
54.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
