I had prescriptions to pick up at Kroger so decided to get some groceries while we were there. We've been staying in town mostly...Kroger is about 20 minutes away. I decided to put on makeup & wear a cute outfit...even though I wore a mask. It wasn't too busy and I bought some steak, ground beef, chicken, sausages, salmon & shrimp as well as fresh veggies & fruit. I was surprised the case for skinless chicken was totally empty! I bought some chicken legs...we have a recipe to cook them on the barbecue we like and a whole chicken. The freezer is stocked for now. I think I'd be more upset if we couldn't get fresh produce than shortage of meat. The produce department seemed to have abundant choices.
65.7 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
