I’ve been taking pics of my food and jotting notes to eat more mindfully, and I found that I only eat because I’m *hungry* maybe 1 out of the 6 snacks/meals each day! The rest is cravings or just loving the taste of food. The latter makes me happy which is good, just need to find a way to balance that with my RDA. Hunger isn’t the issue now it’s self control..
