I'm sure next week it'll all be up and up. Glad I am generally maintaining and any weight loss is a bonus. I've become more of a mad scientist and weigh myself multiple times in a day and log it in google fit as i find it very interesting how the body flutates across the day... Also found I can hold 4lbs (on average) in my bladder! The things lockdown does to us 😆
