Ended my water fast today!! I feel like I could have gone longer, but it was my first fast in a few years. I had some delicious miso soup to break my fast. I now plan to do 8 hr intermittent fasting daily with one designated water fast day per week. Only a vegan diet for a few weeks...can't give up on steak and seafood quite yet, lol.
