I went to our storage unit and pulled all my small clothing that I had grown out of to try on. I was blow away to find out that almost all of the clothing didn't fit ! I went from a tight fitting size 40 to a size 34!!! I was blow away !! I then took all the clothing immediately to the Goodwill and donated them and went shopping for clothing a few days later! It was a great feeling trying on and buying clothing that fit good and made me look younger!!! The best thing most of all , was when my wife told me that she was proud of me for what I had achieved !! That was a great moment !! So anyone that reads this please don't give up! It is possible and very rewarding . Stay strong!!!
