Jumped to 170 the other day & it was definitely from excessive pleasures......calories. 🤐. The following days I reduced my late afternoon carbs & this helped.


Our Virtual Gym has a Challenge today:
• 8 to 14 minute run/jog/walk
• Burpees EMOM, 30 minutes
• 8 to 14 minute run/jog/walk


Each of us (about 50) had to offer a goal on the Burpees... I committed to 200. That’s about 7 Burpees per minute. It doesn’t sound hard, except it is for 30 minutes!!! Especially after the Run 🏃


WOW 🤩 I thought about this all night....let’s see what happens!!


Time for a warmup & a good Cup of Coffee ☕️!!
