YES!!!! Got nervous because I thought I was eating a little too much but i guess the spin classes and all the dancing from Friday night/walking balanced out.
111.6 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
