Exercise 3 to 4 times a week and still eat few bad foods once in awhile but stick to fruits vegs and good stuff when I can.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
