I keep losing weight rapidly. I started my diet three days ago, and I have already lost 4 kgs (approx. 8 pounds). This is crazy!

I am happy for the loss, but I am also a little concerned that I will plateau too fast. I hope I am wrong.

Right now I make sure I am over 1200 calories, but would rather be around 2000. I know this is important, but I just can't get myself to eat MORE in order to lose weight. I have replaced my meals with better foods, but I guess some of it is just TOO efficient, and I end up at a low calorie count each day. I will try to sneak something "bad" in there, to up the calories a little bit. Seems weird that I have to force myself to cheat. :)
150.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 65.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
