Gaining still

Have to get back to eating less and no desserts. Being at home all day with the family has been tough plus passover and easter celebrated. Need to get back to 1000 cal

I have added alot of walking but not losing a pound from that very frustrating

Hopefully this 10 will come off again easily........
68.0 kg Lost so far: 43.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
