I was so worried last night. I didn't realize how our bodies fluctuate during the day. Good to see that my clean eating/portioning and brisk walking in the morning is helping me.
75.9 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
