Baby steps! I'm seeing results! I've been averaging 1414 calories this week. I also filled my fridge with veggies and fruit- hoping I keep myself motivated.
76.4 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 24.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
