Still on a plateau.
Ate too much yesterday, not exercising and paying the price.
Have till next Thursday to sort this out.
120.0 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Thursdays are my weigh in day's. Looked up Petuniak on Google and you seem to like petunias and kayak's. If i could loose 5 lbs in a month i would be ecstatic. I live in Scotland in the UK, just coming out of winter. Still not eating correctly and need more exercise.
