Stayed within my average daily Calorie intake, 2,400 to 2,600, for the week & maintained the weight. Also, attended 5 Virtual Gym Streaming events and of course, this helps keep us motivated & healthy!!


Trying to determine if I should pull a Recorded Virtual Gym video today & attempt following. That could be a challenge in itself 😂😂.


Rumor says Starbucks Lobby could open in a couple weeks!!!! Let’s hope it happens ☕️☕️☕️
