I guess a loss is a loss no matter how small hahaha was hoping for more but cant force the scale to go down. the fasting is rough though...I think if I saw better results I'd be happier but its messing with my moods. hopefully that aspect will stop.
100.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 45.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
