If e baslayinca 10 gunluk bir duraksamaya girdim 91.8den asagi inmiyor. Bugun biraktim if i normal zayifladigim duzene dondum. Bana yaramadi if. Bakalim azalmaya devam edecrkmiyiz eskiye donunce
