Starting a cycle of FL4I. Starting at 197.8 lbs... let's see in 11 days the final result!

Try to do 30 min of stationary bike in the morning, then 1 hour after work in the evening... If I can't do one of them, because I am at my BF's house, I'll do 1,5 h or 1 hour 40 min the next day or something like that.. to make sure I do at least 1,5 h each day!
89.7 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 28.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
