I fell asleep on the sofa last night... and again it has some secret weight loss properties. when covid19 has gone i qill happily rent it out to my fellow FS
54.4 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
