Scale read 181.4 this morning. Lowest in a while. I am psyched. Its good to see the payoff. Starting to incorporate some pushups back into the regime...I consider pushups one of the most perfect exercises out there. You can bust em out anywhere!
82.6 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
