Walking has added a good reaction to my activity level. I ees at less and smaller portions. I think eat what ever I want in moderation. Today I added weights to my walk. I used 3 pounds weights and worked my arms.
Motivation God woke me this morning... 🙏😊
108.4 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
