Hey everyone! I've always sort of gone up and down with my weight, trying low-carb (more like no-carb) and weight watchers, anything that was out there. Sat steady for a few years, but then in 2018, I had my beautiful babygirl. The most amazing blessing! Howeverrrrrr, this stubborn extra weight from pregnancy just doesn't want to go away! (And to be fair, dealing with a newborn and now she's a toddler, my weight loss journey just sort took the backseat). Enough is enough. During this Shelter in Place, I thought to myself, "I'm stuck at home- all this time to cook and go for runs (and stroller walks) - if I cant do it now, when will I?" Let's Do This.
