this inactivity is ruining my progress. I was so unmotivated this past month that I just let life slide. finally snapped out of it this morning- this is new reality and it's not going back to "normal " anytime soon so I need to adjust and get get on with my life. lucky I only gained a pound - no appetite really, but so out of shape from a month on the couch
111.5 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
