I’ve been noticing I get full much faster 😮 I want to work on eating slowly and mindfully. Anxiety makes my brain want to go 999mph for no reason, but food is such a good thing and I want to slowly enjoy it!
55.4 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
