Down again, yesterday I Drank a lot of good beers, and ate kinda crappy but not the worst... prolly had more calories than I wanted in beer but it was nice for a change. Down down down. .7 til I hil my goal!
61.6 kg Lost so far: 20.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That is really amazing. You started at around my starting weight and I would love to get down to what you have as your goal weight, even though the way my body is built my goal weight is 141. But it's truly amazing and I hope that within a year, I too will be that close to my goal. Congratulations!
