3rd day, Think i lost weight but it si like a see saw with exercise and weight and diet with weight and diet always winning.
Looks like exercise helped in my first 2 days.
119.5 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
