fasting for 23hrs. coffee in the mornings. i eat wen im perfectly full, i wont munch on anything and overeat. i feel perfectly full until the next day. Havimg the coffee helps alot in the morning as well. Sometimes if i feel extra hungry that day id just have a cup n a half of coffee to keep me going till 4pm.
54.1 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
