gained exactly 1lb... probably the brisket hubby smoked last night. So worth it. Getting ready to do a Tabata class on zoom so that will help. 💪💜💪💜
62.4 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have a love/hate relationship with Tabata. I feel like I’m dying during and so very much alive after 😂😂😂 way to get your workout on #noexcuses

@keyten and moopie..I too wish we were closer. I do would drag you with me and make you like it!! Lol😘 I too have qualms b4 class...I make excuses why I won't do it but in the end I'm so glad I did it cuz I feel amazingly satisfied and accomplished! It's definitely a hard workout. And because it's on Zoom, I can't slack off cuz my instructor can see me. 🏋️🏋️🏋️🏋️
