Slight gain, but it is not significant, thankfully! I don't eat much differently than I did pre-COVID. I ate some pizza (toppings only) that my friend (who lives with me) bought.

My blood pressure ended up being lower this week, probably due to my menstrual flow being lighter compared to last week. Unfortunately, last night my sleep was interrupted by outside noise (some rude jerks who decided to park their car right in front of where I live and were talking really loudly), but also by some noise inside; my sleep was light for some reason. Because of this, my BP was higher this morning. I have the most sensitive BP, to the point where I am wondering whether my medication actually works. I am afraid it might only work as a placebo (meaning that my brain and stress levels have more control over my BP than my medication does), which is a bit scary considering the COVID crisis.

Just a few minutes ago, the muscle close to my neck, shoulder and back (I think it is the trapezius, embarrassing that I don't know the usual muscle names) started hurting for no reason. Which makes no sense because I did not wake up with this pain. Then I started freaking out for a moment. Many COVID-19 sufferers have muscle pain as an early symptom. But then again I think I am just being too anxious. Even though COVID-19 is very contagious, this week I only left the house to run some errands at a local Walmart and I think I was careful. The store took many precautions both outside and inside. I feel relieved that most people and stores are taking this seriously.

Nice and sunny outside this morning. Even if I don't go out today (I probably won't), it just feels good to see the sun!
